Half the net is just... gone.

For some reason half the internet has gone dark for me in the past 2 days. I can't access the sites in Firefox or Internet Explorer.
The strange thing is most of the sites I can't get to with Firefox & IE I can access with TOR.
The internet also works fine on my old computer. There doesn't seem to be much rhyme or reason to what I can and cannot access, for example I can access majorgeeks.com but forums.majorgeeks.com is a no go.
