hello , i started experiencing bsod for 3 days now and i cant find the reason why. I run prime95 memtest and some benchmark software for gpu and everything was ok i did a chkdsk also no errors there, i even did a fresh install
I've attached the two last minidumps from BlueScreenview report.
If anyone could help me on this just to identify the cause of bsods i would be very grateful :)

edit : i've also experiencing bsod with win 7 x64 right from the beggining but i didnt bother much since i thought that was just a incompatibility with the drivers (hal.dll ntoskrnl.exe) except i dont have the minidump files from Win7 x64 installation but it follows almost the same pattern , my motherboard is Asus P5e VM-DO i havent done an update bios maybe it could cause this ? :(
