Halo 3 at College

Hey guys I've tried a lot of people, and my tech department is full of tards. I goto Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston Mass. And our Tech department is filled with art majors, really don't come here. Anyways I don't know any network majors and I can't play Halo 3 online very well. It says I have a medium NAT but that reading is for residential networks. My college has a 200MB connection that probably runs straight from some company. I need to know how to run my xbox through their network so i can connect freely. Are there any things I would need to find out for any network majors here, like what the company is or something. The hardware... because as I said its not a normal network and I don't know much about it.
