Halo crashing

My computer recently started freezing evertime I play Halo. I've played it for a year now I've never had this problem before. I get in about 20 minutes of gameplay in before it freezes. I can run other games fine, although they require less specs to run. Please help me

 

Make sure your computer has no problems(spyware virus..) also reinstalling the game sometimes helps me out alot.

Nothing wrong with the computer, just Halo crashing. Before I could run Halo pretty easily but now it freezes even when I turn all settings to its lowest.

Have you tried installing any halo updates?

When you re-installed, did you also remove your save games? I ran into a similar situation, where I didn't uninstall my save games and it would crash. But, doing a full uninstall, deleteing any saved games, then re-install, then initiate the Halo update, never had a problem.

Have you downloaded any video driver updates recently?

 

Thanks, I think the problem with the freezing is solved now. But I have another problem: I can't host games. I could host before and I forwarded the necessary ports but I still can't host. Could someone help me with this problem?
