Halting run32dll.exe

Anyway to stop this process?

It's jumping around my TM and eating up memory on and off.

It also wont let me terminate it.

And it doesnt run in safe mode.

EDIT: Name is Rundll32.exe.

Is located in three places on my windows directory, as well as about 20 prefetch files in C:\Windows\Prefetch.

ARE THESE LEGITIMATE?

 

LEAVE IT!!

This is an executable Windows uses to load/run code in .DLL files, without them being called by a parent application.

This is required for normal operation of Windows. They're legit.
