Happens EVERY boot--Re: UAC

When I first start my computer, and log on with any account, a UAC dialog comes up for c:\windows\system32\SystemPropertiesComputerName.exe. If I press continue on the UAC, I get the System Properties Computer Name tab. Whether I press continue or cancel on the UAC dialog, my computer appears to operate as normal. I've searched through the entries in msconfig and HijackThis, but I do not see SystemPropertiesComputername.exe or any suspicious programs listed. A google search turned up a few other people experiencing this same issue, with no solutions (ex: http://thevistaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=20904, which no longer exists, btw. shows how long i've had this problem...). I am annoyed that this comes up everytime I restart my computer, and concerned that it may be indicative of some larger issue. Any ideas of how to resolve the issue? TIA!!

The second one would tell you if it's one of your programs or a Windows service causing the problem.

Have you scanned the file with Malwarebytes' or your anti-virus? If not, search for it and right click scan it...
