Thank you, good folks. Things are very quiet over herre. It was just basically a normal day here. Got nothing and did nothing of note - which was about all I expected, anyway. At least I wasn't disappointed.

Thanks Barry I actually made the initial animation a year or so ago...started with the fruit image then added the butterfly...then thought to myself..gee...I think it would look kewl if the butterfly was flapping it's wings so I animated it, made the background then just buttoned up the merged layers. Couldn't find the disc I saved my original layered image on this morning (I have 3 stacks of 50 backup discs) *thud* so I had to work at getting your HB wish and name behind the butterfly but in front of the background. Not one of my better works but I didn't think you'd mind..it's the thought that counts.

Well considering someone, or some people has just decided to steal my vehicle, I doubt if my birthday will be a happy one!

No Christmas, or anything else for me. I don't need this!

Phantom...sorry to hear your car got stolen and for your birthday too. That sucks! Remember my recent thread of our son who had his stolen 4 days before his wedding day? It was such lousy timing. But 4 days after the wedding he got it back with only CDs stolen and minimal dammage. Don't give up hoping and don't allow such losers to spoil a day that should be celebrated at least with a little smile *Hugs*

 

Funny you should say that, a similar thing happened to me, as it turns out.

I DID get lucky today. I put the word out on the street, with the 'Homies', and one of them found it - and undamaged, only the gas, a few tools, and loose change missing. (See other thread)- W00T!

Local petty thieves, I suspect.
