Hehehe yep it is healthy for sure Low sugar in the cake and low fat cream in the filling and definitely no sugar glaze on the fruit and if you believe that then expect a bearded fat jolly fellow dressed in red and white to jump down your chimney on Christmas Eve

When I am at work in the office sometimes I have a homemade pie from the shop down the street and the managing director's wife (who is a health food nazi) says that I should be eating some fruit with all that fatty protein and I say the next course is two pieces of fruit and she says "Where, I don't believe it!" and then I show her the apricot danish in the bag and then she goes off nodding her head and I am lolz

Hehehe...I've a sweet tooth too...so I never buy any anything, instead if I want something sweet, I have to make it...so it makes me think twice as to how bad I really want it.

But I always bake rich b'day cakes for the office...then really indulge.
