Thank you! It is tomorrow, but this works well for me since I won't be anywhere near a computer most of the day. I'm ignoring most of my family except my niece and going to the bar for cocktails with a bunch of friends starting at 2:00. And speaking of cake... This year's Truly Ridiculous Birthday Cake (yes, that's what I call them) is this beauty from Hugs and Cookies: Reese's Overload Cake


I've got all three layers in the freezer right now, to be frosted and decorated later tonight. I'll post pictures of mine when it's done.

Finally got the cake done, and it's in the fridge ready to go tomorrow. We are all gonna die.

In all, it was a pretty decent birthday. A few bumps in the road, but a number of friends showed up to celebrate with me and that's really all I could ask for.
