Yeah lets do it!!! Oh anyway bj just wanted to let you know of a little back door trick for switching between safe mode with command prompt and reg safe mode without restarting. Ok here goes. When you boot in safe mode in command prompt, in reality you boot in normal safe mode except explorer.exe is not running! All you have to do to make a switch to reg safe mode is just type explorer.exe into the command prompt and press enter and that will switch you to regular safe mode and to get back to safe mode with dos all you do is go to the task manager kill explorer.exe and run cmd in the run menu. Just thought i would point out a little trick i found on my own one day. Anyway im already a staff sarg and I still dont have any ADMIN powers!!!! If i had them i would decorate myself. But really lets decorate admins!

My house beat all you people! I had my tree up right after thanksgiving! So now i am all decorated and make periodic trips to creative's website to drool over the zen neeon that hopefully im getting for christams. . Merry Christmas all. Did you try my idea in my last post bj?

Anyway, nah I havn't lately but I have done similiar things. You'd be suprised how many little hidden features WindowsXP & WindowsXP Setup has in them you never hear or know about.

 

Yes i was referring to post 5. Actually you can do that on any os that you can run commands in taskmanager from. Figured you might find it usefull.

Good one star. That is exactly how we are acting right now. Santa better watch it or we might have a crazy reglious freak shoot him out of the sky. We have this rediculaous disputer every xmas. It is so stupid. At least the rest of the world doesnt have it. Maybe our slow minds might eventually pick up the fact of how dumb we are being and stop arguing about it.

And, just so you know, there are several members of this board with deep religious faiths, so try and find another term other than "crazy religious freak". Everyone is entitled to live their life the way they choose, and perhaps using a little more consideration with wording would strengthen your opinion when trying to get your point across.

I agree...I`ve made it clear that I`m not a religious man, and consider a lot of religious text as fiction...but I`d NEVER deny anyone`s option to have faith in a "divine" entity...that`s one of the things that freedom is all about.

 

Ok look im sorry. I just was not sure how to word that and i really could not think of a better choice of words and i apoligize scincerely to anyone i have offended with the post. If there is a way to delete it I will and i am sorry again to all I have offended but if there is an admin who can do this for me please do so because once again i could not think of any way to put it.

True and those "boeing bombs" can be another issue. If we lose rodoulph we lost the headlight. Gotta kinda fly low. Watch the sears tower and anything else in the world that is rediculously tall!

YAY WE FINALLY decorated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Happy holidays to all. Whatever you celebrate happy.....whatever it is you beleive in and celebrate. Once again i apologize for the last posts and as i am typing this we have this thing here in jersy where we have santa drive through the streets on the front of a firetruck and firemen give candy canes to anyone who comes out of there houses. Well, he just drove by the house. :big grin: So merry xmas or whatever you celebrate!
