    Basically thats my message !!

    (( Just finished doing some prep work, 1 st time I actually did some peeling, chopping, clean up, and brining ahead, it will make things go nicer with an easier clean up.
    Trying new recipe for roast chicken, will do turkey another time. Only needed small meal today. ))

    So just wanted to say thanks for you all, appreciate all the instructions, experience and comments,
    didn't want to not thank you all,
    I love this website and the help I'm getting.
