Hard Disk won't idle !

    :confused: Hello. I am having an issue with what I guess is the hard disk on my pc. I noticed a couple days that the hard disk won't idle, even with no programs running. The busy light is always lit up and I can hear the disk always spinning. It's like it won't come up for air. (so to speak) What is this caused from and what should I do to fix it ? Thanks in advance.
