   JDecatur Private E-2

   I have an HP laptop with (what I believe) are all of its windows updates as well as HP firmware/updates. However, the hardrive is constantly running and the LED indicator is always lit. I have run all of the requested programs in the Read Me First. Can you please review and let me know if there are any indications of problems or causes for the constant hard drive activity?

   Not seeing any malware. I suggest you run task manager to see what is running. There may be items you can disable until you find what is causing the constant drag on your HD.
