I want to clone my entire Windows XP installation from my two SATA HDDs on to a single IDE HDD

Will there be any problems with the boot sector?

Any geeks know how to change the boot sector so it will work?

EDIT: I just tried booting it: NTLDR is missing

How can I repair the boot sector?

XXClone should do it for you. It has the option to make the target bootable.

I use to back up my RAID 0 to a IDE drive and for kicks I tried to boot from it and it worked.
