I just finshed a low level format,my drive was cluttered with many programs I no longer needed, now after rebooting the drive is not recognized. Upon checking device manager it is there, yet don't show a "Computer" or any where else. Thanks in advance for any help

You have to partition and format the drive after your low-level format that zeroed out the drive. Does the drive show up in Disk Management? Right click My Computer>Manage>Disk Management. If it does, Select the drive and right click. Select Create Simple Volume.
