I decided to clean my hard drive by writing zero's to it.

I've used many different programs to write zeros, but every time it finishes, there is data on XXXX-XXC0 line of each sector in the hex view.

    AB 80 A8 7A 27 37 BA 00

    Can anyone read hexeese? lol

If you want to totally wipe and rebuild the tables on your disk you can purchase a utility, might be available for free from the disk manufacturer website to run a low level format and avoid the zero’s.

I'm using Killdisk for DOS v.4.1

I've also tried Derik's boot and nuke....

I've also tried the western digital dlg diagnosis 5.04f (i think thats the version)

Since the data appears to be in the same location on each sector, it's probably a header or marker of some type needed for normal operations. I wouldn't worry about it too much. I think that Disk Investigator will translate the hex to ASCII so you can see what the hex is. I think it's in the Drive Utilities section here at MajorGeeks.
