Go into device manager and format the 120GB if it shows, then you should see it in 'my computer'.

If you are not sure how to check --
    Click My computer
    Right click --manage
Click disk management, and it will show the connections-first hard drive, cd/dvd roms
atahen another disc should show as your 120gb hard drive
Right click on that 120gb disc , and click format-It should then assign it a drive letter(E, F, OR G ETC:) YOU CAN THEN MOVE STUFF DIRECTLY TO IT , IF YOU WISH.
When saving data, I would advise that you create new folders on that 120gb hard drive, and give them names, so that you can save any data to a specific place, when you want to.
    If you then go to
    Start
    Then click run
Then type in sendto, a folder will pop up
    Right click in that folder
    Choose new
choose shortcut, and another little box will pop up
    CLICK BROUSE
    brouse to computer
    brouse to 120gb hard drive
brouse to a folder you created, and click on it.
You can now send (copy anything to that folder (s), and delete the on the original hard drive, once you have a good copy0
Also, if you are like some of us download freaks, you can direct your downloads straight to a folder, or just to space on the new hard drive
