I had a virus/spyware problem earlier, called XP Anti-Spyware. I finally got that removed, but now my hard drive is not accessible by anyone on my computer. The administrator account does not even have access to it. I have tried resetting permissions, but with no luck.

    Any help would be appreciated!!

If you would like to get the data off the hard drive, then I would recommend that you download Puppy Linux Live CD. Burn the iso with a program like Imgburn. Boot with it and transfer your files to a USB flash drive or USB external drive. Then, I would reformat and reinstall the OS assuming you have the install disc. If not, you may be able to bring it back to a clean state if you have an OEM computer like HP or Dell.

I would try SFC /SCANNOW to replace any corrupted system files
    Click start
If in Vista or, windows 7, Click command prompt, and type in
sfc /scannow- you will probably need you Vista/windows 7 disc to put in the rom to enable windows to replace them.
