hard drive not accesable??!!!

hey, i have just installed a new sata hard drive that workes perfictly and i have put in a old ide i had for storage, but i cant acess it. the bios has identified it so i know it is working properly and i can acctuly run a speed test on it from device manager but i can acces it or wright to itand dosent show up in 'my computer' any ideas?????!!!!
i need help!!!!!!!

any ideas ??????? could it be any thing to do with raid ???
