I have a StarTech 4 SATA Hard Drive Docking Bay.

When I put my 3. Hard Drive into the Bay and Power the 3. Bay up the Drive makes a Bussing sound.
But if I copy a file to that Drive or do anything on that Drive it works without Bussing.

None of my other Drives do this??

The case on the hard drive may have been bent or the platters are wobbling when the drive first spins up and are rubbing against the top cover of the hard drive case causing vibration and the buzzing.

If there is any rubbing, the rotating speed of the platters will slow down or fluctuate causing erratic data transfer. Data corruption and drive failure can result. In fact, the drive may be starting to fail already.
