Hardlocking & Internal Beeping

Hi,
A few days ago my pc hardlocked on my for no reason which never happened before. Then soon afterwards i had to manualy reboot holding the power button down for a while, afterwards i get a internal beeping sound that wouldn`t go away until i restarted again.

Now my pc hardlocks on a day to day basis atleast 2-3 times aday and i get the internal beeping constantly having to reboot over and over to make it go away, quite annoying. At first i figured it might be a ram issue so i cleaned my ram and even replaced it yet i still have this problem. It all started the day my pc hardlocked for first time.

Anyone have anyclue as to what it is? Im runing WinXP Pro all updates and 2.3mhz 1gig ram. PC runs 100% fine except for this. Im thinking something is curropted maybe, but what i have no clue to. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well the beeps are coming from the mother board, it might be a over heating problem, the beeps are warning beeps, need to get a monitoring program and keep an eye on temps. Speedfan does a good job. ed

I have no idea how to use this program, i read the instructions abit but they really didnt give me any clue on what temps to set etc. Maybe you can give me a little info on how to use it? - Thanks
