Hardware name already in use?

    I have a Dell Inspiron 9400 and a Dell USB TV Tuner, I first plugged it in with no drivers (the instructions did *not* mention any) I have since found the drivers in the support; drivers and downloads section of the Dell website. I now find that the unit, when plugged in displays the following error message:
    "The name is already in use as either a service name or a service display name."
    Having looked around I cant find anything with that name other than the TV tuner.. Any idea's on a fix?
