    Anyone ever use Avira Unerase?
Or are there better recovery programs out there?
Would it work on a drive that was (quick) formatted up to 70%?
    Thanks in advance.

Ouch....you will only be able to recover information that has NOT been overwritten. In my experience, overwriting happens pretty darn quickly. Hope you have better luck than I have in the past.

Try PCInspector File Recovery- I've used it on numerous occassions and it WILL save the data if it hasn't been overwritten. It's kind of slow, but it works. I just came across Avira Unerase 2-3 days ago and I haven't really played with it yet to see how effective it is. You'll need to slave the formatted drive in a working PC to use PCInspector.....

    Good Luck :) hopperdave2000
