im upgrading and im wondering what to do with my old motherboard, RAM , CPU and hsf ... im eventually gonna make it into a server of sorts but in the meantime i dont want the stuff to break, so im wondering what everyone here does to keep their old hardware?

i just put them in little static bags and put them all in one huge padded static bag. i don't know where you can get the padded static bags, but you can just reuse the static bags from the new parts you got.

i have plenty of anti-static bags ... but what about bubble wrap? im thinking they have alot of static

and is it neccessary to take the hsf and CPU out of the mobo or can i just leave them in?
