Start by reading this

Go through all 6 steps that best that you can. If something doesn't work correctly, write down a note about it so you can include it in your post.

When you have gone through the 6 steps, have downloaded the MG tools and gotten the logs, go here

click the new thread button on the left near the top and start a new post with your problem.
Attach the logs to your post - do not paste the logs into the post itself.

Then be patient. It can take anywhere from 2 to 5 days for one of the malware fighters to read all your logs and reply to your post. They do keep track of when people post so you will be in an orderly line. People who bump their posts, get put to the back of the line so patience pays off.

Good luck. I'm sure by this time next week, your computer will be clean, running smoother and have good security programs installed so the chances of getting re-infected will be slim.
