Has anyone got rid of Holax Trojan InetDoor variant?

Been trying to get rid of this for a while and keep getting confused... I'd appreciate any step by step instructions for eejits that really work. (Completely!)

What is your OS (Operating System)? Is its a WinXP, WinME, Win98 or what?
