Has anyone gotten Gmail to work with outlook express or Thunderbird

I have a gmail account, and i use Firefox and Thunderbird. Does anyone know the correct settings for Thunderbird so i can use it for my mail? This incoming server and outgoing server stuff i dont have a clue what to use.

I have heard of that program but i was not sure if it was safe or not. Ive heard rumors of it send usernames and passwords out. Well if its here at MG it should be ok!

If you get an error installing it, it's because it requires the .NET framework.
