Have I been hijacked?

    If I try to log on to the Internet, I end up with a cPanel screen, and cannot get any Web access at all!

    Whatever URL I use I get the same screen, if I watch carefully at the lower right hand side of Internet Explorer 6 I can see various files being appended to the legitimate URL address. Unfortunately the speed of this prevents me seeing all the details.

    Can anyone help me with this please?

    What OS are you running? And how did you connect here?
    Since you can at least connect here, read the below thread and see if you can do the items posted there (obviously requires download capability).

    On the hijacked machine, I am using Windows 2000.

    I am using another PC with Internet access to post here.

    I will work through the suggestions contained in your thread and let you know how I get on.
