Having a lot of programs/windows open

In windows 2000, when you have like 30 programs/internet explorer windows open, the icons on your startbar become really small.

On WinXP when you have many things open it gets divided into two lines, andyou have to press a arrow(scroll) thing to get to the next line..

It's hard to explain but if anyone know what i mean:
How do i remove that feature in winxp? I want it to be like the windows 2000 one where it doesnt make a new line..

 

Go to Start, Control Panel, taskbar and Start menu properties, taskbar, uncheck the box that says "group similar taskbar buttons" and you're set!
