having problems with attachments & animated gifs in IE

not sure why this is happening. for example, a thread i tried to look at here , none of the gifs like the smilies are animated. also, when i click on "attachment" at the top, it loads this: http://127.0.0.1:3008/clear.cgi? and i can't see anything. it's not just on this site, but everywhere. any ideas? thanks a ton.

yep, IE6. tried taht too. still not fixed..could it be a vid driver or something? java conflict?

Are we talking about internet explorer or an email package? The url http://127.0.0.1:3008/clear.cgi refers to a file that might be on your local computer. Try enabling attachments in your option settings.

i am running this as my java: http://java.sun.com/
i have zonealarm pro, and Norton internet security

is there a better java than the one i have?
