Having Trouble Installing Anti-hacker13.0

I like this software and want it on my computer. So I just tried downloading it and installing it but ran into problems. It is a .zip file, with an application file and a password file. When you unzip the application file it asks you for a "password". So I opened the password file and I see no password per se, but some strange language which says:
"I hate all forms of Anti-virus Software with there false positives!!!"

Can someone who has downloaded this or is familiar with this software please help me to get it installed. Thanks.
