   UVA Private E-2

   Im having trouble reformatting an SD card. I right click on the removable disk -> format-> FAT32-> Start, but when the process is almost finished, the computer restarts EVERY time. This is the only time the computer restarts.
   
   Are there any other ways to format a card? If not, how could I fix my current issue?
   
   Im running Windows XP. I am not receiving any error messages, just restarts and takes me to my desktop.

   If the card is used in a camera, then it is better to format it in the camera with the camera software. I've formatted a few sd cards in my cameras.
