having trouble with browser, tried everything!!! Please help

    I have tried everything to get rid of adware,spyware, etc. I have downloaded and used hijack this, cw shredder, netspyprotector, mcafee virus scan and firewall plus. Still having some problems... Can't get rid of these damn "savehits" on hijack this log. I don't know much about computers, but I have posted in other sites and no one responded to my threads. I finally got rid of searchmall after reading other logs from other threads, but still cant get rid of the savehits. I have deleted them manually several times but they keep coming back. Any help would be appreciated.
