Hay All/ dual boot

Hay all, just signed up here so not sure where exactly this should be posted (sorry admins)

so i have been trolling the internet about dual-booting, there is a few guides but i would like a second (or 3rd) opinion here is my comp spec's


Processor:
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3700+, MMX, 3DNow, ~2.2GHz
Memory:
2048MB RAM
Hard Drive:
160 GB
Video Card:
ATI RADEON X800 XL

Sound Card:
Realtek AC97 Audio

Operating System:
Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 2 (2600.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519)

lets start out i want to boot "Mac-OS-X-10.4.7-AMD.Intel-(JaS)-ISO-Repack"
it says AMD so im presuming it works on amd?

so im a complete n00b when i comes to dual booting, never done it, where do i start? is there a program to allow this?
