Ok i have put on this really crappy harddrive, I'm trying to install debian on another computer but it gives me an error so I thought maby I could connect it to this computer run chkdsk and fix the problem. (which is disk related I can't remember the error, bad partition or something) It shows inside the devices that the harddrive is installed, also in the bios. But it doesn't show up inside my computer, how do i access it?

I have only one 140 gbyte hd connected but its partitioned, so i have a c:\ and a d:\

I just opened it with norton partition magic and it says that the hd has been partitioned with bad file geomatry or something. I try to format it but it gives me an error, and i try to use chkdsk but it says bad volume.
    Code:
Disk 2 (1222MB 621c 64h 63s) appears to have partitions created using a diffrent drive
geometry (255h 63s). This serious problem can lead to data loss. No partition manipulations
should be made to this disk using this product or operating system's products. You should
back up the data on this disk, delete all partitions, create new partitions under the
new drive geometry, and then resotre your data using the backup.
That is the partition error i got
