HDCleaner 2.362 HELP !!!!!!

i used this cleaner which i downloaded from this site on my other pc switched it on this morning and my mouse and keyboard are not working can anyone please help

 

Has the prog a backup/and restore facility, if so try the restore.

 

Had you done any cleaning with the proggy? I have been using HDCleaner for quite a while and sometimes you don't want to delete the duplicate files it finds. Some hardware and software will look for files in specific locations and others will look for the same file in a different location. If you had to load any drivers specific to you keyboard/mouse and removed a file from a specific folder that the accompanying program looks in that may have caused the issue.

If you turned on the backup option on the proggy then just restore it, if you didn't try a system restore. To get these things working try using another keyboard/mouse combo and see if they will work to get you there. If you can't get any KB/mouse combo to work then you may have to reload.

Always remember when using HDCleaner that it will sometimes show a file as a duplicate even when it is not because it is the exact same size as the other file, this makes it very easy to delete the wrong thing.
