HDD Crash: Need SP1 for Win 7 HP x64

Tried and have failed many times to find SP1 for Windows 7 HP x64. All I find on M$ Windows site it 1.9 GB of ALL SP1's. Is there a safe site that offers the specific SP1 required for Win 7 Home Premium x64? Rebuilding after a HDD crash is very "trying"!?!

Windows Update does not EVER succeed in installing it! Ran the repair(s) from M$. Neither worked, and neither does the download of SP1 via Update.
