HDD Spin Up Time

    I recently got a new 200GB Western Digital HDD.

    When I look at the S.M.A.R.T Atrributes it has my Spin Up Time at 94% (189).

    This is creating some errors in games, and any application. Is there anyway I can IMPROVE the Spin Up Time percentage?
