HDDs cannot be found

Here's the backstory:

I have three HDDs in my PC. A 30gb with the OS installed on it, and two 120gb HDDs on RAID 0 to store music, pictures, etc. This problem happened about a year and a half ago and I haven't gotten around to trying to fix it until now (been using my mac since). My ISP came to set-up the Internet one day in my new apartment and was having a hard time getting it to work. He was using command prompt and talking with his supervisor for over a half hour and still couldn't get the page to load. I hopped on there and had it working in 5 minutes. Basically the guy didn't know what he was doing. After he left, I found that I couldn't access the F drive (the two HDDs on raid), and it said the drivers could not be found. I reinstalled the drivers but the raid was no longer set-up, so I tried to rebuild the raid, but I can't get into the setup utility to try to fix it. I have tried to go back to a system save point before all this happened, but it is not working. All it says is that it can't find the file path for the F drive. Is there any way I can get the HDDs back to how it was before all this happened or have I lost all data completely?

Ah, now there is the trade off for performance. Once an array gets broken, the odds of rebuilding the array and having the old info still being accessible is pretty slim. If you are going to go the Raid 0 route you'd better back up often or go with a Raid 0,1 setup so the striped array is mirrored.
