Heat and hardware...

Okey well i built my computer about 2 weeks ago and I donno if this is a heat problem or wrong numbers.. Currently i only have one fan on my computer simply because i'm waiting for my new PSU to come that will give me more 4pin connecters. I have a 7950GT GPU, Celeron D 347 3.06 @3.6Ghz (Just to last me until july 22 price drop) and 1gb OCZ DDR2 800 Ram. I have my case open on the side and it sits infront of my computer desk. Here is the problem:

I used a couple of programs and it seems that the temperatures are either really high or wrong...

Speed Fan:
Temp #1: 48C
Temp #2: 40C (but sometimes when i turn it on its as high as 63C!)
Temp #3: 1C (wth?)
Temp #4: 48C

AtiTool:
Fan Speed: 0% (i can see the fan working properly?)
GPU Temp: 63C (wth?)
Temperature of Temp Chip: 0C

Note this is all right now, when there is no real stress on my computer. Also one thing to note, sometimes when i open Speed Fan it would give me temps of like 50-58 for Temp 2. But as soon as i open Everest and check the temps there, the Temp 2 drops to like 20-35 as soon as i open Everest.. Whats the problem here?
