Heatsink&fan for nvidia video card.

Ok so I have a nvidia geforce fx5200 128bit 256mb ram video card, it doesnt have a heatsink & fan, Id like to get one for it so it doesn't quit working or over heat too badly.

on ebay but I don't know if it'd fit my card..
Can anyone tell me if it would or not and if not find me one on ebay;
in the same price range that would?? (heatsink/fan combo)

 

im not sure itwould work, cause you probably don't have the correct power connector on the card now, because it doesn't currently have a fan on it.

 

I'm pretty sure it's a normal 3 pin.

 

just noticed that fan is a 2 pin, i'll have to check what the card is, even if it's diff i'm pretty sure i could just cut the end off and wire it in somewhere, im more worried about the heat sink fitting the card..

 

the card has a 2 pin, i think as far as that goes it'll work with my card. I just don't know if the heat sink is too big or small, it has the two mounts that mount it to the card diag on two corners of the heat sink, if they don't line up and match the holes on the card then it won't fit my card.

 

well im sure that there's some sort of standard dimensions, but they might be differ depending on the series of cards. you might want to contact the seller and ask if they have any info on what cards it will fit.

looks as if it's the same thing, just different color, and it says the screw distance is 5.5cm
