hel and Support doesn't work!!! please help me soon!!

please HELP ME!!!!

I created a shortcut on the desktop with a link to C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\BINARIES\HELPCTR.EXE and it works. But it still doesn't work from the start menu!
unbelievable.
do you have any idea or suggestion please?

I noticed that the ms-its protocol has the following entries in the registry:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\PROTOCOLS\Handler\ms-its]
@="ms-its: Asychronous Pluggable Protocol Handler"
"CLSID"="{9D148291-B9C8-11D0-A4CC-0000F80149F6}"

but I can't find the entries for the hcp protocol.
should I have some entries for hcp?
could it be this the reason for not working properly?

but my Internet Explorer is inactive when I type hcp://<something>

could I have deregistered or deactivated the use of this protocol?

What does it do when you click on the one on the start menu?

If the desktop shortcut works, why not just use that one? Or create a new short cut on yours start menu?
