You can easily use CCLeaner to do this, in that you can remove all Cookies or check and keep the ones you wish to keep, to do this download and install CCleaner then goto Options > Cookies and in the left windows you will see a long list of cookies, the ones you wish to keep highlight one at a time and click the -> to move them to the protected side on the right.

Then you can just run a cleanup using CCleaners Cleaner, which will remove all cookies and temp internet files
