Thanks itmortiz ive purchased Ivor Hortons Beginning C and Beginning Visual C++ 2008 and C / C++ in easy steps, but it all just seems so hard and complicated, do you recommend learning an easier/basic language first before moving onto the more complicated C or C++?

    Thanks again

I highly recommend "Don't Give Up", always is hard to do the first steps, yes, for sure C++ it's a hader for ppl that never programmed before.

But, all the programmation skills come from the same structures with the typical differences per language.

I mean, all the bases commonly are the same ones, you have to learn the basic steps to program, understand how it works, ... do you caught the idea?.

If you think is too hard start with C++, then get Python, i found it easy and have a lot of free manuals in his website.

    Hope it helps.

    cheers!

You're Welcome, excuse me for don't added the links, i usually do it but i changed my job and i was a bit tired in that moment.

well, this is the website of Python, is an open source programming language:

    http://www.python.org/

It's pretty recommended to start to program.

Now, in the section "DOCUMENTATION" you'll found all the articles that you need, as i see i recommend you this section in particular:

    http://wiki.python.org/moin/BeginnersGuide/NonProgrammers

Oriented for non programmers that wants to learn.

I gotta go, my wife is calling me for make dinner :p

    Take care.
