Hello and a question

Okay I just walked away from a woman's computer that had efiwvhou.dll running on it. I googled it there and it locked* up and could not kill the process so I assume it is malware.
Googleing it here tells me that I misspelled it (which did not happen).
Anyone here seen this sucker?

*Have seen this sort of thing(name of malware locking computer on search) before but usually can get it with some core programming.

I could back everything up to a new hard drive and reformat but it would be nice if someone else has already solved the problem (yeah I am lazy).
