hello and some questions

    i'm REAL new to using forums...so sorry if i appear stupid.
    i got a laptop and am having a hard time adjusting....everythings different!
    can't get files to open..about the only thing i can get right is reading my email
    was reading some posts...i got a Qosmio refurbished from Tigerdirect too!

    just looking for some suggestions on adjusting from desk top to lap top
