Hello, glad I found you

well, we had a few weeks ago a virus or trojan, don't ask me anymore, even with norton 360, thanks to you I found some help. but now... ok, online, 5 sec. power off because of thunder, computer start new. task on the bottom gray, no sound, no printer???? what's now wrong. a few hours later norton found a inside problem, regsvr32%windir%\sytem32\msxml3.dll. HELPPPP
