    New !!!
And here's our problem - My girlfriend and I were deleting and removeing pictures and unused programs, well, one of the things removed was needed for sound. I believe is was named "RealTek". We have an older computer running Windows XP. She (Steph) loves to listen to music with the computer and really would like to get it working again. We've been to several sites, they scan but don't fix unless you pay them, even the ones that say "Free" We'd just like to find a way to retrieve or get the needed driver. Can anyone help?
    Thanks, Mike & Steph

Have you tried restoring the computer to a point in time before you removed the sound driver?
