I'm trying to post a file as an attachment, and I still don't know how to do it...

 

When you have the window up to enter a reply, scroll down and click where it says "Manage attachments" A window will pop up. Click "Browse" and navigate to the saved file you wish to attach. The click "upload". Close that window and go back to the main window you are entering your reply in. Click "submit Reply" below that box.
