i love this site,,,but,,,not sure where to post this ,,,yesterday (1/16/09 ) while downloading vundo fix from this site, my avast warning popped up an infection warning.immediately exited and ran avast scan .results was 1 infection,,, (trojan/worm). what do you think..

I think it was a false positive on avast's part

Try moving on to run the other tools as well, such as SUPERantispyware, Malware Bytes Anti-Malware, Combofix and also MGTools.exe

Make sure once you have all the logs that you attach them to a fresh post you create in malware removal.

:waveYou gotta ask questions and find the parts of the PC that interest you most and get stuck in there is say software and malware /hardware etc; All quite specialised, So you have to really sit back and watch how and follow threads on the subject that jumps out at you or perks you're interest most!!!!!
